About this game
An all-new 2D Metroid and the sequel to Metroid Dread: Samus Aran is ambushed and left stranded on an unfamiliar moon, where survival means turning her newly awakened Metroid instincts on the things that hunt her.
Story & setting
Unknown attackers down Samus Aran's ship and maroon her on an unfamiliar moon. Cut off from help, she finds the local wildlife is every bit as predatory as she is.
Gameplay
Side-scrolling exploration in the Dread lineage: gather weapons and upgrades, fight bosses, and parry incoming strikes, with new abilities like wall-warping and running on water opening up routes. Samus can also drain energy from her foes to restore herself.
