About this game

Creative Assembly takes the Total War formula of turn-based campaign and massive real-time battles into the 41st Millennium, with Space Marines, Astra Militarum, Orks and Aeldari as launch factions. It is also the first Total War heading to consoles.

Story & setting

Set in the Era Indomitus of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, the campaign plays out at galactic scale: conquer planets, upgrade your fleet and manage resources in the grimdark far future.

Gameplay

Deep turn-based strategy alternates with epic real-time battles, and every force is customisable from its name and colour scheme down to its traits and tactics.
