About this game
The next mainline entry in the long-running dictator sim series puts you back in El Presidente's boots, building an island archipelago across the ages while padding your Swiss bank account. New terraforming tools let you reshape — or completely erase — the very mountains and islands you rule.
Story & setting
A tropical archipelago nation where you rule as El Presidente, the self-declared most benevolent leader of the Caribbean. The campaign follows his regime across five maps as a new revolutionary rival, Victoria Guerra, moves against him.
Gameplay
A city-building management sim: plan and construct cities, juggle your citizens' needs, direct your army and outwit opponents in the council. For the first time in the series you can terraform the map itself — erasing mountains, carving beaches and even raising entirely new islands.
