About this game
A full remake of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, rebuilding Edward Kenway's Caribbean pirate adventure with modernized visuals, overhauled gameplay systems, and newly added story content.
Story & setting
The Caribbean in the early 18th century, at the height of the Golden Age of Piracy. Privateer-turned-pirate Edward Kenway chases fortune from Nassau to Havana and Kingston, while the war between Assassins and Templars closes in around him.
Gameplay
Open-sea sailing anchors the loop: command the Jackdaw, board enemy men-of-war, plunder cargo, and dive shipwrecks for salvage, with on-foot stealth, parkour, and blade combat carrying the port cities. The remake layers upgraded visuals, reworked systems, and newly written content onto the original 2013 voyage.
